Baby, essential oil and reflexology

How to use

Using essential oil is still not frequent on babies because mums are always worried to start on their babies at such a young age. However, their beneficial properties associated with reflexology will work as well as it works on you if they are used with care.

They can help with your baby’s sleep as well as tooth pain or just any pain a baby could get such as stomachache.

They can help you daily if used with care. However, they can also be dangerous if they are used in big quantities. In this case, it could give you an irritation

precautionsGeneral warning to use essential oils, read with care …

– Essential oils are strictly forbidden to auto-use on babies younger than 3 months old

– For babies older than 3 months old, not all essential oils are to be used. Always make sure that the oil used and the way it is out on the skin is recommended by a specialist or doctor before it is applied.
