To use the right essential oil at the right time will ensure a greater chance of success.
– Tonic essential oils (Ho wood, rosemary, geranium, pine, thyme): in the morning
– Relaxing essential oils (true lavender, orange): in the evening after 6 pm.
– Essential oils that improve circulation (helichrysum, palmarosa): preferably in the morning and then at 5 pm and finally at bedtime.
