ADDED ADVICE
BRUSH YOUR TEETH AFTER EACH MEAL
Dental plaque, the cause of dental caries and inflammation of the gum grows back within hours. It is therefore essential to brush your teeth three times a day or at least after each meal.
CHOOSE A TOOTHBRUSH WITH SOFT BRISTLES AND REPLACE IT REGULARLY
A toothbrush with a hard bristle can be harmful to the gums and damage tooth enamel. A worn-out toothbrush is no longer effective.
COMPLETE YOUR TOOTH BRUSHING WITH FLOSSING
The use of dental floss or little inter-dental brushes in addition to tooth brushing allows to get rid of dental plaque that cannot be eliminated by brushing alone, mainly on the lateral sides of teeth.
SEE YOUR DENTIST ONCE A YEAR
A yearly visit to your dentist will allow the timely detection of dental caries and is also a good time to have a full dental clean with a dental hygienist in order to remove all dental plaque.
