I made a mistake, I would like to cancel my order. Is it possible?
As soon as you have validated your order it is being processed. Therefore, you cannot modify it.
How can I see if the items that interest me are available?
All of the items that appear on the website are available. Choose a size for the items selected and it will inform you of its availability.
How can I tell if my order has been successful?
You will receive an email confirmation. For reasons beyond our control (operator’s email server saturation) if you don’t receive it, don’t hesitate to email us.
What payment options are available?
You can pay your orders either by bankcard or through Paypal.
Another mode of payment is possible: a purchase voucher for the clients who have one.
Is payment by card secured properly?
In order to secure payments, pacificscents.com.au uses the secure Paypal service.
This service employs industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Confidential data (bank card number of 16 digits and expiration date, security code) are automatically encrypted on the bank server without transit on our server.
What cards can you use on Pacific Scents.com.au?
Pacific Scents accepts VISA cards, MASTERCARD and American Express.
I live outside Australia, can I order?
We deliver to all countries. If your country does not appear in the list, let us know. There is no minimum amount per order.
Are there delivery costs?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 in Australia.

When will my order ship?
If we receive order before 11.00AM AEST on weekdays, we will send them out the same day.
Once my order has been validated, who is in charge of my parcel and its delivery?
We prepare your parcel ourselves without an intermediary. That way, we can bring it the care and attention as well as the personalisation it deserves. We try to find the best option to send your package. Your parcel will have a routing number that we will send to you.
We are not responsible for damages or losses of packages as this is not caused by our conduct and the goods have left our control.
What is not covered?
Regarding ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission), Businesses do not have to pay for damages or losses that:
- are not caused by their conduct, or their products
- relate to something independent of their business, after the goods left their control.
What shipping options do you offer?
We always try to ship the order the same day of the payment or the next day at the latest (outside weekend days).
Depending on where you are, we can ship differently:
Australia post shipping takes usually 3 to 8 business days
International shipping takes up to 4 weeks (in normal operation)
When we have shipped your order, you’ll receive an email notification from our courier partners, plus a link to track the status of your order
What happens if I am not there when the parcel is delivered?
Usually, the postman will let a message in your letterbox. The Post Office usually keep the parcel up to 15 days.
