– I made a mistake, I would like to cancel my order. Is it possible?
As soon as you have validated your order it is being processed. Therefore, it cannot be modified.
– How can I see if the items that interest me are available?
All of the items that appear on the website are available. Choose a size for the items selected and it will inform you of its availability.
– How can I tell if my order has been successful?
A confirmation is sent to you by email. For reasons beyond our control (operator’s email server saturation
– What payment options are available?
Orders are to be paid either by bankcard or through Paypal.
Another mode of payment is possible: a purchase voucher for the clients who have one.
– Is payment by card secured properly?
In order to secure payments, pacificscents.com.au uses the secure Paypal service.
This service employs industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Confidential data (bankcard number of 16 digits and expiration date, security code) are automatically encrypted on the bank server without transit on our server.
– What cards are accepted by Pacific Scents?
Pacific Scents accepts VISA cards, MASTERCARD and American Express.
– I live outside Australia, can I order?
We deliver to all countries. If your country does not appear in the list, let us know. There is no minimum amount per order.
– Are there delivery costs?
For all orders, delivery costs are invoiced.

Even simpler, choose the items you wish to purchase and go to your basket, the delivery costs are added automatically.
– Once my order has been validated, who is in charge of my parcel and its delivery?
We prepare your parcel ourselves without an intermediary. That way, we can bring it the care and attention as well as the personalisation it deserves. All parcels are delivered through Australia Post. Your parcel will have a routing number that will be sent to you Post website.
– What is the delivery timeline?
The order is sent the same day the payment is received or the next day at the latest (outside weekend days). The shipping is carried out by Australia Post by the mode of shipping chosen (normal or express).
– What happens if I am not there when the parcel is delivered?
You will be informed of the postman’s visit through a message left in your letterbox. The parcel will be kept up to 15 days at your nearest Post Office.

Our business is a family based business establishing in 2001.
We are essential oils producers, we are distilling sandalwood essential Oil. Our principal clients are luxurious cosmetic and best perfume companies in the world (in particular Guerlain and Dior).
We have been working with the same customers / suppliers from 2001, as they are buying from us and we are buying to them, this process allows us to find the best supply sources of essential oils cutting out many intermediaries.
Thanks to our long-term partners, we are sure of our supplying chains to our customers. We are sensitive to a sustainable management of natural resources and take a particular attention to fragile environments and local communities
Chromatography analysis are available for each oil if needed.
