PRACTICE
External use only
In case of stress, emotional imbalance or mental dispersion:
Mix 30ml of carrier oil + 1.5ml of Buddha Wood. Then apply a drop of the mixture to the forehead, between the nose and the upper lip, in the crease of the elbows and on the heart area.
To refocus before meditation:
Apply a drop of Buddha Wood to the wrists then smell the bottle for 2 minutes with your eyes closed.
To increase the level of consciousness and deepen meditation, also apply a drop of Buddha Wood to the forehead and the top of the head, then observe what is happening deep inside.

To create a diffuser’s soothing scent filling your room, add a few drops of Buddha Wood essential oil. This habit can encourage emotional balance and relaxation, as well as help to produce a calm environment.
In case of inflammation or muscle and/or joint pain:
Mix 100ml of Arnica + 3ml of Frankincense + 2ml of Buddha Wood. Then apply the mixture to the area to be treated.
It pairs well with other woody or floral-smelling oils like lemon myrtle and Australian sandalwood.
