The Clove tree is a light-grey tree with an exceptionally high height of 20 metres. It comes from Indonesia. In Malaysia, they chew clove leaves to get rid of bad breath.
The flowers are pale pink with shiny green leaves. Before opening, the closed buds of the clove flowers, called “nails”, are harvested: they are firstly dried in the sun and then, they will turn pink-brown. After that, they are used as a spice or to obtain essential oil

PRACTICE
External use only
Dental infection: 1 drop EO clove in a teaspoon of VO on a cotton bud, then apply to the tooth 5 times a day for 3 days
Fungal nails: 1 drop clove + 9 drops tea tree in 10 drops VO, then apply 3 times a day
Moulds: mix it at 50% with solubol and water, so it will be a mould killer !
Cooking: gingerbread and some drinks: herbal teas or scented teas, fruit juices and hot wines. It marries particularly well with apple, pear and orange

CAUTION

- Avoid with pregnant or breastfeeding women, also children under the age of 8 and epileptic people.
- As a rule, test the product by applying a little in the crook of your elbow or on your wrist before using it.
- Do not use it for more than 1 week
- Not advised in hormonal cancers
- Keep away from heat and light
