Jojoba oil is the liquid wax extracted from jojoba seeds also called wild hazelnut. The particularity of this oil is based on its composition which seems to have a similarity with that of the sebum secreted by the body. Very rich in fatty acids, it contains ingredients that protect the skin and slow down its ageing.

In addition, jojoba oil is also acclaimed for its medicinal benefits. It helps to heal wounds. The first users (the Indians) used it to give a particular beauty to their hair and also converse with the spirits. Thanks to this oil, these Indians had strong and healthy hair.

PROPERTIES of JOJOBA OIL

• Nourishing, it protects against dehydration and slows down skin cells’ water loss by penetrating deep into the skin without leaving an oily surface film
• Protective and softening, it is ideal for sensitive skins as it protects skin cells. It also contains little sunscreen (protection 5)
• Regenerating and anti-ageing, it retains the skin’s suppleness and elasticity
• Regularises the skin’s pH and the production of sebum
• Brings back vitality and suppleness to oily, dry and brittle hair.

INDICATIONS of JOJOBA OIL

• Very liquid and not fragile, it suits babies and also young children
• Dry, wrinkled, sensitive, oily and mixed skin
• Protects the skin from the weather, etc…
• Both oily and dull hair, or dry hair with oily roots: apply a few drops on the dry damaged tips

USAGE

• Massage base
• Anti-ageing care (milks and creams)
• Serums for dry and damaged tips
• After bath or waxing care, after shaving

Storage conditions: Keep in the original bottle, away from air and light, at a temperature below 25C
