PRACTICE

External use only

Dermal application +++
Burns (even severe), sunburn: 1 to 5 drops of pure EO on the burn (depending on the size). Apply every ¼ hour after the burn occurs, then 3 times a day until healed

Venomous animal bites (wasps, jellyfish, scorpions, fleas): 1 drop of pure EO on the sting as soon as possible after the bite appears. Then repeat every ¼ hour if necessary

At bedtime, 1 drop of Spike Lavender EO on your pillow will calm and soothe
