PRACTICE
Perspiration odour: add 1 drop of EO under each armpit. Stop a week after 3 weeks of use. For more sensitive people and for long-term use, dilute your Palmarosa in VO before application (1 drop EO for 5 drops VO)
The geraniol, present in large quantities in the palmarosa, neutralises the bacteria responsible for its unpleasant odours. Indeed, the bad smells of sweating are mainly due to bacteria. Also use an alkaline soap, i.e., at basic pH
Oily or dry hair: try adding just one drop of essential oil to a small amount of shampoo. Massage the mixture into your scalp before washing your hair. It’s a simple way to give your hair some extra care and nourishment
Recent scar: dilute with a VO and then massage the scar every day
Regulation of sebum secretion: add 1 drop of Palmarosa + 1 drop of rosemary verbenone in your day cream. It will also hydrate your skin and help with skin cell regeneration.
To limit the spreading of viruses, you can diffuse it in a room
For the psycho-emotional indications: in olfaction several times a day (on a handkerchief or in diffusion, for example). It can also be used in diluted local applications on the inner side of the wrists or under the soles of the feet
