PRACTICE
Migraine: add 1 drop of EO in 4 drops of VO and then massage on the forehead and/or on the back neck
Shock: in the next few seconds, think of peppermint essential oil simultaneously to avoid bruising or oedema. If the area is small, apply a pure drop.
Digestive and urinary tract problems
- Temporary constipation: add 1 drop of EO 3 to 4 times a day in honey – after medical advice
- Sickness, vomiting: pour a few drops on a handkerchief and breath
- Add 1 drop on a sugar cube to suck to have a fresh breathe and stimulate the liver–Â after medical advice
Anti-fatigue :
In the morning, after medical advice, add 2 drops of EO on sugar. Then melt in the mouth and swallow. Repeat 3 days
You can also make a diffusion blend against exhaustion:
Mix 2 drops each lemon/peppermint/basil and scots pine. Therefore, enjoy the diffusion twice a day, morning and evening for 1/2 hour

CAUTION

- Peppermint needs to always be strongly diluted because although very refreshing it can cause hypothermia if applied to large areas.
- Skin irritative, because it contains a high level of menthol. Therefore, make a strong dilution in vegetable oil (5% EO in 95% VO)
- Do not use purely for diffusion, mix with other oils (part of peppermint 10% maximum)
- Taken in high doses, it may prevent sleep
- Do not use it in a bath
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep in the original bottle, away from air and light, at a temperature below 25C
