PRACTICE
External use only
Menstrual cycle and menopause: add 2 drops in a tablespoon VO and then massage your tummy
Skin inflammations and stretch marks: add 2 drops in a tablespoon VO and then massage the area concerned
Insufficient periods: mix 15 drops clary sage + 7 drops sage officinale + 15 drops geranium, then add the same quantity of VO. After that, massage the lower back 3 times a day, during the periods and just before
