Advantages of solid deodorant
- works better than an alum stone or other deodorants with aluminium salts
- lasts as long as two sticks
- aims at zero waste
- 100% natural
Usage of solid deodorant
Wet your deodorant with either warm or cold water under the tap. Rub it under your arms or rub it directly on the armpits when still wet after your shower. A thin layer of cream will be deposited on your skin and that alone will be perfectly efficient!
Benefits of solid deodorant
Our deodorant contains among other ingredients, palmarosa EO, known to nibble away all bacteria! Therefore the solid deodorant does not impede the perspiration but is now simply odourless, which is far preferable for your body. It is delicately perfumed with Scots pine. It is manufactured by hand in France. Our deodorant is 100% natural and vegan.

Your questions answered: solid deodorant.
How do I keep my solid deodorant between two usages?
You can simply leave it on a saucer or a soap dish on the side of the washbasin. If you rather keep it away from dust, a tiny jam jar or an old empty face cream jar will be perfect. In any case, do not worry about its keeping quality, it is anti-bacterial so it cannot get dirty!
What quantity of solid deodorant should I use and will there be white traces on my clothes?
When you rub the solid deodorant on your armpits, it must be well wetted so as to leave a fine transparent layer on the skin. It should slide like a hand soap between your wet hands. This fine film will dry quickly and there is no risk of white traces on your clothing. For an ultimate efficiency, I recommend you cover the whole armpit up and down and from left to right. A good overall fine film is preferable to a thick local layer.
How do I carry my solid deodorant when I take it to the gym or on holidays?
A tiny glass jam jar, or an old empty face cream jar or a washcloth will be very practical.
What is the difference between an anti-perspirant deodorant and our solid deodorant?
As its name indicates, an antiperspirant deodorant will stop the perspiration from being evacuated, whereas our deodorant will nibble away all the bacteria within the perspiration before they have time to emit an unpleasant odour. To be efficient, antiperspirant uses aluminium salts that close the pores of the skin. These aluminium salts can be harmful, as shown in numerous old and more recent studies. A study carried out by K G McGrath concluded in 2003 that breast cancer occurred 8 years earlier in women shaving their armpits and using an anti-perspirant than in women who did not use one.
