How to use our hard toothpaste?

Gently rub your wet toothbrush with hot water on the hard toothpaste. Very little toothpaste is necessary to be effective because your saliva will multiply the foam. Brush your teeth as you would with your usual toothpaste then rinse your mouth!

Our solid toothpaste contains a few drops of peppermint essential oil for a pleasant and fresh sensation. If you use homoeopathy, wait half an hour after brushing your teeth before taking any, so the essential oil will have no influence on your treatment. This advice applies for all products containing peppermint essential oil face homoeopathy.

Conservation

Set on a soap dish, place your toothpaste in your toothbrush holder or simply place it back in its box, they are so many solutions! This toothpaste is solid, so it does not contain any water. However, it is water that allows the proliferation of bacteria. So you can keep it safely for hygiene.

A compostable stick

Once the toothpaste is finished, discard the stick to compost as a zero waste goal! The box which is in carton is also biodegradable so compostable due to vegetable-baked inks used to print, as well as non-toxic varnish.

Calcium carbonate: Calcium carbonate cleans and increases the brightness of teeth. It is the first indicated on the ingredients list of our solid toothpaste, it means that it is the most present in the composition!

How to keep my toothpaste solid between uses?

If your toothpaste holder has a fairly narrow neck, you can slide your hard toothpaste in vertically. You can also place it on a soap dish. This hard toothpaste is anti-bacterial, so it cannot be dirty! If you want to protect you can place it in a clean old jam pot or any clean glass container in which you cut a slot for the stick. It will also definitely find a place in our storage glass jar, which has openwork lid that allows the stick in.

How to transport my solid toothpaste on holiday?

As suggested above, you can store your toothpaste in our glass jar, in an old jam pot or in any clean glass container. A washcloth can also be useful, as for the solid shampoos.

Can several members of the same family use the same solid toothpaste?

The solid toothpaste is anti-bacterial so no risk of transmitting germs from one person to another.

However, if you are not comfortable with the idea of sharing the same toothpaste you can get a solid toothpaste for everyone and customize the stick to recognize them: nail polish can be used so that everyone has a different colour stick or names can be written in marker. There are so many ways you can customise them!

Knowing that the solid toothpaste contains the essential oil of peppermint, is it against-indicated to use it during homoeopathy medication?

You can use the solid toothpaste if you are under a homoeopathy treating, however, make sure to wait half an hour between the time you brush your teeth and the time you take your homoeopathy treatment so that the essential oil of peppermint does not reduce the beneficial effect.

Can I really compost the solid stick when my toothpaste is finished?

Of course, you can, however, if you want you can reuse it! Such as a marker of plantations for example!

Can I use my toothpaste solid when I go hiking?

As you read above, 100% of the ingredients are natural. Whether they are vegetable or mineral, they come from nature. You can use your toothpaste and your solid shampoo in high mountain or in a river, you will not create any pollution.
