Turpentine is a natural substance, an oleoresin, harvested from pine trees.

Although turpentine has a synthetic connotation, because of the industrial uses to which it has been put. In particular, it has been used as a solvent in oil-based paint, or as a fuel. However, this essential oil has more noble uses thanks to its interesting properties, particularly for the respiratory tract.

In perfumery, this EO can be recognised by its green, fresh and terpenic top notes
It is used in the composition of woody fragrances
It is appreciated for its woody scent in detergents, softeners and toiletries.
This product is rarely used in cosmetics

PRACTICE

Cellular oxygenation, Vertigo, Rhinitis, Sinusitis: place a few drops of turpentine on a handkerchief and inhale several times a day whenever you feel the need.

Aerophagia, bloating, colic, colitis, abdominal cramps, infectious diarrhoea, hard digestion: add 1 drop in a teaspoon of VO and then massage the abdomen.

The use of Turmeric essential oil for ingestion requires a therapeutic prescription.
